Welcome to Budapest! Budapest is one of the most beautiful cities in Eastern Europe. To see it is to believe it. The city is divided into two parts, the hilly side of Buda on the western bank and the flat plain of Pest on the eastern bank of the river Danube. These two parts of the city were once separate towns and were merged together only in 1873. There is much to explore in Budapest from the local cave networks to the amazing variety of historic sites and of course the infamous medicinal thermal waters. There are a variety of options when considering where to stay in Budapest. One alternative to the hotels, backpackers and hostels on offer is to rent an apartment. You can stay for a few days or a few months and it will usually work out cheaper than most other forms of accommodation and you have the freedom that comes with your own place. We supply all the basic utilities you need and even satellite TV!
